A kangaroo court is a court that ignores recognized standards of justice. The term may also apply to a court held by a legitimate judicial authority which intentionally disregards the court's legal or ethical obligations. Scholars trace the origin of the term, kangaroo court, to the historical practice of itinerant judges on the U.S. frontier, as they hopped from place to place, guided less by concern for justice than by the desire to wrap up as many trials as time permitted. Rushed hearings without witnesses, without evidence, or ethical obligation depicts the Senate impeachment trial of 2020.
Spadecaller is an experienced traditional artist, who creates original hand-painted digital images and photo composite artworks. In the late fifties at eight years old, Spadecaller started formal training in traditional oil painting.Through considerable personal sacrifice, his mother nurtured his artistic talents and provided him with the tools to launch his creative journey.
