The strong association of the Daffodil with Easter is derived from its symbolic association with “Rebirth” and “New beginnings” The most characteristic color of daffodils is yellow, but there are several other colors and combinations.
This picture depicts the highly scented white daffodil, also known as ‘Thalia,’ or ‘orchid narcissus.’ White daffodils symbolize peace, neutrality, innocence, spirituality and purity. In many cultures the symbolic value of the daffodil expresses deep and hidden emotions. In every sense of the word, Daffodil flowers symbolizes creativity.
