Artist's Description
This is an anonymous prayer passed down by word of mouth by the founding members of Alcoholics Anonymous (1939). The Seventh step is one of the twelve steps prescribed as a course of action for recovery from addiction, compulsion, or other behavioral problems. In addition to finding freedom from addiction, the development of character through the application of spiritual principles, prayer, and meditation enable sufferers to find peace of mind and meaning in life.
