Artist's Description
The Gulf of Mexico, as local anglers know, is rich in marine life, a saltwater treasure trove of red snapper, speckled trout and shrimp. Floridians fishing the Gulf waters have now reported numerous sightings of the photogenic black and white mammal thought only to live in the cold water and to eat seals.
